Great service from Tony. Made the purchase a quick and pain free experience from start to finish. Car was well presented. All documentation in place and fair price given In part exchange. Would definitely consider using again for any car purchase in future.

Excellent service again from Tony. We're actually living in Cornwall now but still travelled 4 hours to Solihull because I have not received the care anywhere else in the last 3 years.......So thank you Tony for looking after us again. Worth the trip for excellent service.

Excellent service from Kalum once again. However all staff are friendly and very supportive from the onset. Kalum has great knowledge on all models of cars and made the process of finding the right car suitable for me based on my families needs. I was kept updated on time of delivery and all documentation was in place. I must add this is our 3rd family car from Holdcroft Solihull Renault over many years and would continue to use them in the future. Now all I can say in my Caribbean accent, (De man is ah Boss) big up ya self Kalum nuff respect 🙏 🫡 🙏 🫡 🙏 🫡

Perfect as usual, very organised and handled with care and respect. Carried out the service timely and efficiently, made me well informed about the checks and anything the car needed. Tracey and the team were really kind and helpful. Courtesy car was great and my car was returned cleaned up inside outside. Been quoted reasonably for the work considering it is original parts and done by the dealership. It makes me say with a smile on my face: “I am a proud owner of my Dacia Sandero from such a great dealership”, keep it up!

Everything was great. The car was supposed to be delivered in October, but we received it earlier in September, which was a very positive point. The person in charge, Imran, was one of the nicest, most polite and helpful people we have ever met. He always kept us informed about the purchased car and did his best to make sure things were done right.
